*Plan, prepare and teach the curriculum taking accounts of all levels of ability
*Ensure lessons are consistently good and model high quality teaching and learning opportunities
*Identify students that need interventions to ensure maximum progress for all pupils
*Create stimulating and informative learning environments#
*Be accountable for student progress in Key Stage 3, 4 and 5
