Tradewind Recruitment have been asked by a smaller than average 11 to 18 secondary school on the Essex, London and Hertfordshire border to assist them in finding several qualified Maths teachers to join their hard-working team of staff. They have requirements for a Teacher of Maths (KS3 and KS4), Lead Practitioner and Head of KS5 Maths being able to offer a TLR depending on experience and responsibility.

This progressive school has high aspirations for students and staff, they believe in the importance of honesty, fairness and integrity in all relationships and dealings between students, staff and parents. The successful Mathematics Teacher will be:
Familiar and confident with the planning and delivery of lessons in line with the National Curriculum (up to GCSE at least.
A committed and reliable Maths teacher dedicated to the role.
Consistently motivated to deliver engaging lessons.
An excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills.
A positive and personable role model for their classes.

Although the school is located in West Essex, the school is easily commutable from parts of London (Central Line) and Hertfordshire. For those that drive, you will also be allocated your own parking space.
