Tradewind are working with an inclusive, supportive and innovative Secondary School in Harrow who are keen to hear from recent Mathematics Graduates and aspiring Maths Teachers, who would be interested in joining their team as Math Teaching Assistants. This position will commence in September and be offered on a full time, long term basis until the end of the academic year.

As a Maths Teaching Assistant, you will be based within the Mathematics department and assist the Maths Teachers to raise attainment and engagement within their department. This will be achieved through in-class support, individual learning goals, small group interventions and bespoke tasks for students who have learning difficulties or mild special needs.

This School is renowned for its programmes that frequently see Teaching Assistants trained in how to plan, mark, behaviour management and conduct classes within their department.
