The Roles - Maths Teaching Assistant:

· The role will see you working closely with students in individual or small group settings to raise attainment and confidence within the Maths Department. Many of these students will have mild special educational needs or face other barriers to their learning.

· Working alongside class teachers, you will create a positive, encouraging environment for students to progress their social, emotional and academic skills.

· The successful candidates will not only have strong mathematics subject knowledge, but will also be a confident, personable individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to build lasting rapport with students.

· These roles are best suited to top graduate's keen to pursue a long term career in education and be passionate about fully immersing themselves into the school community to achieve the best results possible for the students.
