*QTS achieved or expected to be achieved prior to January in Secondary Teaching.
*High expectations of behaviour and attainment levels for all children.
*Previous teaching experience using the UK curriculum.
*Clear understanding of the principals of effective teaching.
*Excellent subject knowledge and an ongoing ambition to develop this further.
*Desire to be developed through CPD and observations to become an exceptional Teacher.
