Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an inspiring MFL Teacher to join a successful Languages department from January. This is a full-time post teaching KS3 and KS4 students. The successful applicant will be expected to teach French and German up to KS4.

Leadership within the school is particularly praised as they consistently identify areas to improve, offering suitable and realistic strategic direction. Quality of teaching and behaviour is consistently good, with respect amongst staff and students wanting to achieve.

The successful Teacher of MFL will:
Have a genuine passion for languages and can inspire their pupils.
Be a creative languages teacher, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their classes.
Be someone who is up to date on the MFL Curriculum and can confidently teach up to KS4 in French and German.
Able to make effective assessments to plan for the next step in their students development.
Be a reliable professional and an excellent communicator who can build relationships with all staff and pupils.
