Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a dedicated MFL Teacher, with excellent behaviour management skills, to join a thriving secondary academy in Oldham, to start as soon as possible, until the end of the academic year. This is a full time, long term role, covering a maternity leave, paying up to £180 a day.

*Hold QTS Status or QTLS
*Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks

We are recruiting on behalf of a large secondary academy, which caters for students from 11 -16 years old. The academy creates an inspirational environment, where innovative and creative learning is encouraged, in state of the art facilities. The school values responsibility, determination and success in their quest to build something special for the students through achieving together.

This OFSTED 'good' secondary academy are looking for a MFL Teacher who can teach across all Key Stages and who has excellent subject knowledge. You must be a committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout the role. You will need to be a collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of the subject through inventive approaches including curriculum design and the use of ICT. You will also need to be able to create a safe and supportive learning environment through sound behaviour management.

The role will include teaching French and Spanish to KS3 and KS4 students. Ideal candidates will have strong curriculum knowledge and will ensure that the lessons he/she delivers are of excellent quality using appropriate behaviour management techniques, whilst ensuring that the students are having fun!

The school is based in Oldham, with excellent public transport links and ample parking is available.
