About the school - Music NQT - Greenwich, South East London

This highly inspiring Greenwich school is located near the A2 if travelling by car and is walking distance from an overground station. Additionally, there are also bus stops directly outside the school. This fantastic school offers a diverse curriculum and teachers create stimulation and challenging lessons which meet the needs of all students. For this role, you will be joining two other Music teachers who are passionate about ensuring every student can develop into musicians! You will be supported through this year by a highly trained Mentor who will ensure you have access to personalised continuous professional development. Students fully involve themselves in school life and they get take full advantage of the unique activities that the school offers including the Football Academy, the farm and student leadership programmes. Furthermore, as part of an Outstanding network of academy trusts, you will have more access to experienced teachers and members of SLT to support you through your teaching journey. About the role - Music NQT - Greenwich, South East London

This permanent Music NQT role is suitable for applicants who possess QTS and have evidence of strong classroom practice and good teaching skills.
It is essential that the Music NQT has experience teaching in both KS3 and KS4 and is comfortable with the national curriculum and their subject knowledge.
This permanent Music NQT role will be suitable for teachers who have the ability to form strong relationships with both pupils and other staff, and work collectively to produce high quality lessons and resources.
The applicant must be able to bring their confidence and passion for Music to the dynamic Music Department and involve themselves fully with activities and trips surrounding the subject.
