About the School - Music Teacher - Borehamwood, North London
Starting in January you will be responsible for delivering Music across key stages 3, 4 and 5 joining a school with a big focus on pupil and staff development, enabling everyone at the school to achieve their best. The Department of Education philosophy that "effective teachers should take ownership and give a high priority to professional development" with support offered to each, and every, member of staff as the school continues their journey towards outstanding integrated with the Academy's development plan.
Music over key stages 3 and 4 utilises the AQA curriculum and consists of written, practical and exam-based assessments.

*This role is suitable for both experienced and newly qualified teachers with support for both and a leading induction available for NQT's.
*The school is looking for a teacher who is confident in their ability to consistently good lessons that engage pupils and help develop a passion for music. The ability to control a class of 30 pupils is essential.
