Tradewind are currently recruiting for an outstanding music teacher to work at a partnership school in North East Lincolnshire: an easy commute from: Scunthorpe, Brigg, Grimsby and even Hull. The school in question is part of a strong and successful academy chain, with excellent student behaviour and fantastic systems in place to successfully manage behaviour. This is a full time position, covering a period of absence in the school. While the exact length of time for this position is difficult to determine, the school anticipates this to last until at least February half term, with a very strong possibility it will last until Easter 2020. All planning will be prepared for you, and you will not be expected to mark for this position, meaning the successful candidate can expect to earn between £100.00 and £150.00 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. You will predominantly be teaching Key Stage 3 students (Year 7, 8 and 9), but there is 1 class of year 10 students on the timetable. The exam board being followed is AQA, so experience teaching AQA is ideal but not at all mandatory for this position. We would be happy to accept applications from NQTs for this fantastic position.


The School in question is a large Academy with good transport links and a strong sense of community spirit. This academy is easily accessible via public transport from: Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Brigg and Hull, and has a large onsite car park for all practitioners who drive. You will be working full days, which will start at 8:30, and finish at 2:50PM. As there is no planning and marking associated with this position, you will be able to leave on the bell, making it a fantastic opportunity for an excellent practitioner who is looking for a strong work/life balance.
