This relatively new school has outstanding music facilities with top of the range musical instruments and theatre. The department is served by an excellent ICT network with individual practice rooms alongside the main teaching room. The approach to exploring music is wide and broad with opportunities to experience and develop skills a huge variety of practices including steel pan, beatboxing as well as the classical disciplines. Regular trips are taken to the Royal Opera House and visits to the West End theatre scene. Choir and instrumental ensembles are also an integral part of the music department with weekly rehearsals and regular performances.
