This post welcomes a Music NQT as the school leads comprehensive NQT Induction Programme that will provide excellent support for Newly Qualified Teachers. This well-respected Academy Secondary School was awarded 'Good' by Ofsted as it continues to deliver high quality education to its pupils. This school has excellent behaviour and students are excited to learn. The sixth form offers a diverse range of subjects, and achievement levels across sixth form are above national average.
The school now seeks an additional Music Teacher to join the experienced Creative Arts Department. High attainment levels in Music and the other creative subjects has increased investment into the department, resulting in this new opening from September 2020.
The successful Music Teacher will join an experienced Music Department, that offers Music from KS3 to KS5. Student progress is high, and the subject of Music continues to be a popular choice for students in GCSE and beyond. The department is equipped with specialist facilities and resources to support good learning and teaching. The Music Teacher or Music NQT will promote a love for the subject across the school and possess knowledge and skill across a variety of instruments and voice.
The school offers an outstanding CPD programme for all teachers and staff. Music NQTs are encouraged to apply for this position as the school is well catered to support an NQT through a comprehensive Induction Programme.

About the Role -Music Teacher/NQT- Enfield, North London
*Must hold UK QTS - post is suitable for both experienced and newly qualified teachers with an excellent induction programme available.
*The Music Teacher/NQT will be required to teach from KS3 to KS5
*The Music Teacher/ NQT must have an enthusiastic approach to promoting the subject across the school.
*will be required to challenge themselves and their students, while upholding the standards of this 'good' Ofsted rated School.
