Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualised learning plans to cater to the specific needs of the child.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging the child's social and academic development.

Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a cohesive and effective learning experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience working with children, particularly those with Autism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with the child, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children in their educational journey.
