We are registering newly qualified teachers now who will be ready to work this September 2020. Positions will all vary in length and will either to be to cover sicknesses, maternity leaves or positions not yet filled permanently. All of our partner schools in Knowsley are welcoming and diverse environments.

So, can you complete your Induction whilst on supply? Yes you can! Tradewind and our partner schools can support and guide you through this process.

We can also support you and provide various CPD. We have developed our CPD courses to help hone the necessary skills in the classroom you'll need as an NQT, such as:

- Interview Techniques
- How to plan a good lesson in accordance with OFSTED
- Effective Questioning in the Classroom
- Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and Safeguarding
- Supply Teaching Bible; for everyone new to supply
- Creating Behaviour for Learning
What we need from you:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or UK equivalent
- 2 references
- The Legal Right to Work in the UK
- For you to hold an enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one with costs refunded to you after 20 days work
- Attend a registration interview (we can now complete this by phone)
- Other documents to complete registration process to include a CV, proof of address, proof of QTS, National Insurance Number and any other relevant documents which are deemed necessary
