Tradewind Recruitment are working with several primary schools in Hertfordshire with attached nurseries who are looking for experienced nursery assistants to join their staff.

We are looking for professionals who have;
*a background of childcare in Early Years or Key Stage 1
*experience in building rapport with children from all walks of life
*the ability to offer consistency and be reliable for the students

We are happy to consider both experienced Nursery Assistants and those with relevant childcare experience for these roles. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a first school placement with opportunities to progress to a Teaching Assistant role in the same school, and would also be a great opportunity for those wishing to change to a shorter work day according to school hours.

The successful applicants will have the following responsibilities:
*Following the school safeguarding procedures to ensure the safety and happiness of their children
*Assessing student progress against EYFS Learning Outcomes
*Supporting children in their social and emotional as well as academic growth
*Collaborating with the parent community and other members of staff in order to ensure the safety and happiness of pupils
