It's a quaint and vibrant Nursery located in the heart of Hammersmith & Fulham. It's a two-minute walk from Barons Court station and is owned by a local College; it's mainly used for the students that attend the college to drop their kids while they study.
There are normally 29 kids on roll but it's rare that they're all in at the same time which means that since there's always enough staff for 29 children you're always supported.
Details of the role:
*8:30AM - 4:30PM
*Term time only
*Overseeing four level 3 qualified Nursery Nurses
*Working in conjunction with two deputy managers
*Staying in line with Early Years Foundation Studies
*Ages range: 3 to 5 year olds
*Reports to the Business manager of the college
*In charge of the overall running of the facility.
*Previous Management experience
*Ability to motivate staff
*Ability to problem solve
*Ability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom
roles and responsibilities and your own position within these.
*Very strong leadership skills
*An honours degree (preferably Upper Second) or equivalent
*Up to date First Aid training
*Up to date Safeguarding training
*Level 3 qualification at an absolute minimum
Barons Court station is a short walking distance to the school - there are also various busses that drop you near the grounds.
