The role will involve:
Working alongside the EYFS team to plan and prepare engaging, fun sessions for small groups of learners in the reception class
Supporting children on a 1-1 and small group basis
Working with Key children
Teaching phonics
Supporting story time and outdoor learning

To be considered for this role you must:
Have recent experience working in Nursery or Primary school
Have an early year's qualification, degree, Level 3 or NNEB
Be a team player - this role requires someone who works well with teachers, pupils and parents
Ideally you will be experienced teaching phonics
Demonstrate commitment, dedication and resilience in your previous childcare work
Ideally you will be local to the borough of Redbridge
Have a strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
