Nursery Teacher for an ASD Base

SANZA Teaching Agency is currently working with an Outstanding Infant school who is currently looking for a Nursery Teacher to join their team in January 2020. This is a part-time position, 2 days per week on Thursdays and Fridays and you will be working part of a setting rated outstanding in their latest Ofsted report. This position will continue for two terms with the opportunity for a permanent contract for the ideal candidate. This position is paying an annual salary of up to £38,963 (pro rata over 2 days).

This Infant school is based in the borough of Wandsworth and your role will be to work as a Nursery Teacher in their ASD resource base. This resource base caters for children diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. As the Nursery Teacher you will be working part of a team which includes a specialist teacher (working on the other days), a Nursery Nurse, an Occupational Therapist, a Speech Therapist and Learning Support Assistants.

To be shortlisted for the role as a Nursery Teacher, you will need to:

*Have experience working within an ASD Resource Base and have track record as a Nursery Teacher
*Be confident to lead a team of staff working within the ASD base
*Have experience in planning, delivering lessons following the Early Years Framework
*Be able to work 8.30 AM to 4.00 PM on Thursdays and Fridays
