About the Role:
- Lead a small group of students, fostering their development and learning through play (EYFS framework).
- Utilise Tapestry for observations and assessments.
- Build positive relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress.
- Contribute to a nurturing and stimulating environment for all children.

Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- DBS Disclosure on the update service.
