Tradewind are currently recruiting for a Nurture Teaching Assistant in the East Riding area starting ASAP. This rewarding role would suit a candidate who has experience working with SEN children. Additionally, understanding how to support young people with behavioural difficulties on a one to one basis is essential.

As a Nurture Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for working alongside the class teacher and SENCO to plan units of learning for children within Key Stage 1, and review their progress. You must have a caring and nurturing manner and the ability to promote and maintain a positive working environment.

The successful candidate should:
* Have experience working with SEN children
* Have experience using different behaviour management techniques
* Have experience supporting other professionals within the classroom
* Be open to attending any CPD opportunities that are offered

Pay varies and will be between £55-£70 a day depending on experience.
