This large Primary School in Redbridge is located in West Romford and can be accessed by Goodmayes and Chadwell Heath Train Stations. There is a bus stop opposite the school, and 86, 382 and N86 bus routes are in easy reach to the school.

This role requires a 121 Teaching Assistant to support a student in Year 3 with Autism. This vacancy is a five day a week role and will continue until at least Easter for the right candidate. Crucially this student needs stability with their support, so applicants who can start immediately are highly desirable to the school. Throughout the day this Teaching Assistant will support the child with their every need offering support and providing avenues with which the student can make progress in the class. The hours of this role are standard working hours and will last from 8.30am to 4.00pm.

Skills that this Redbridge school are looking for are individuals who are passionate about working in education and those support staff that can use their initiative and common sense to provide additional support to those who need it. It is vital that the applicants have worked with students who have additional needs before and someone who has experience working with autism.

*Experience across KS2
*Experience working with autism
*The ability to use their initiative and step into helping the teacher
*The ability to commit to a long term role
*Legal right to work in the UK
*Enhanced DBS Check and an Overseas Police Check (if necessary)
