About Us: Tradewind Recruitment is proud to support a Secondary School in North Lincolnshire in their search for a skilled and dedicated Design and Technology (D.T) Teacher. This is a part-time role, offering an immediate start and lasting until the end of the academic year.
Job Description: As a part-time D.T Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 3 Design and Technology on Mondays and Tuesdays. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their subject, capable of engaging students, and committed to creating a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable, but candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Previous experience teaching Design and Technology at Key Stage 3 level is preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and provide feedback on student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Duration: Immediate start until the end of the academic year (July 2024)
Working Days: Mondays and Tuesdays.
Salary: Pay will be to scale, dependent upon qualifications, ranging from £153.85 to £211.96 per day.
