Position Overview:

As a Part-Time SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students' educational and personal development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and adapting materials to meet individual student needs.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Encouraging independence and fostering students' self-esteem.
  • Assisting with personal care and mobility, as required.
  • Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other staff to ensure each student's unique needs are met.


  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred but not essential.
