Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and qualified Science Specialist to join an outstanding secondary school in North Lincolnshire. This part-time position, requiring commitment on Mondays and Tuesdays, offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the school's exceptional science department. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 3 students and will play a key role in planning and marking activities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective science lessons to Key Stage 3 students.
• Create well-structured lesson plans and materials that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Assess and mark student's work, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall science curriculum.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment within the classroom.
• Participate in school events and contribute to the school community as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status and relevant teaching experience in the field of science.
• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 3 science curriculum.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Duration and Salary:

This part-time position will commence in January and continue until Easter. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, commensurate with their qualifications and experience, ranging from £153.85 to £211.96 per day, in line with the pay scale.
