If successful, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to pupils who are navigating the complexities of SEMH and EBD. Many of these students also struggle with severe anxiety and/or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). We are seeking an individual who is not only nurturing but also deeply passionate about mental health and dedicated to making a positive impact. You will need to be confident in providing one-on-one or small group support to students, addressing their unique needs and challenges.


  • Compassion and empathy for students with SEMH and EBD challenges.
  • A commitment to promoting mental health.
  • Previous experience in education or care settings is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience and resilience in challenging situations.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
