Tradewind Education is seeking a Teaching Assistant with Autism experience, to support a Designated Provision within a mainstream Warrington Primary School every Friday.

From the 5th January 2024 until the 26th July 2024, a Primary School in Warrington need a Teaching Assistant to work within their Designated Provision that caters for children in KS1 with Autism every Friday. This is a perfect opportunity for those seeking part-time, flexible work.

Within the classroom, there is a Teacher and two other Teaching Assistants who you will be working alongside. The school is happy to offer other opportunities within the school if you are seeking additional work through the week.

What the school is looking for:

  • Teaching Assistant experience
  • Experience working with, or supporting individuals diagnosed with Autism
  • A Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
  • A candidate who is able to take initiative and support the team
  • Someone who can commit every single Friday

Essential requirements:

  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (we can get one in process for you)
  • Professional references
  • Legal right to work in the UK
