Tradewind are recruiting an Maths Tutor on behalf of a Liverpool secondary school to support four pupils from Year 7 to Year 10. The role is for 2 hours a week, 2pm - 4pm every Thursday until July 2020.

This role would suit a Functional Skills Tutor, a Maths graduate or a qualified teacher is happy to work part time hours. The successful individual must be able to provide Teaching and Learning in Maths to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of educational/vocational settings and is committed to ensuring that pupils achieve their qualifications by coordinating and delivering engaging lessons.

You will:
Have a calm and patient nature but also have a strong approach to behaviour management.
Be level headed, patient and resilient with excellent listening skills
Have a degree or a teaching qualification
Have excellent classroom behaviour management
Have knowledge of the KS3/4 Maths curriculum

This role is Liverpool based and due to start Thursday 27th February pending vetting and safeguarding criteria. Please send full CV to apply for this role.
