Tradewind Recruitment are working with a progressive school who are looking for a fantastic PE teacher to join their highly motivated team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team which is evolving. The PE team is embarking on a journey to revitalise its approach to PE. It is also able to offer a wealth of experience and skill to support new colleagues. Teachers include colleagues who hold senior positions outside the department.

The PE department are able to teach a broad range of activities across all key stages. The department has extensive facilities including a 6 Badminton court sports hall, a movement studio, gymnasium, netball courts, tennis courts and a multitude of outdoor pitches. The PE department also works extremely hard and offers pupils a variety of activities during lunch and afterschool sessions.

The school is based in the idyllic town of Biggleswade and has fantastic transport links as well as accessible parking.


The PE Teacher must:
*Hold QTS Status
*Have energy, commitment and creativity
*Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*Have a positive attitude
*Have clear and strong written and spoken communication skills
*Be available and willing to commit for the academic year 2020/21
