Tradewind Recruitment are working with a progressive and diverse secondary school who are looking for an exceptional candidate to lead their Performing Arts team. This position also requires a specialism or experience in teaching Dance to KS3-KS5.

This role is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to progress their career. The school are consistently making strong progress and offer a number of fantastic incentives.
It would be a full time role beginning in January 2021 and going through to the end of the academic year with the potential of becoming a permanent position.

The right candidate would be expected to possess a passion for teaching, strong behaviour management skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.

The Performing Arts lead must:
*Hold QTS Status
*Ideally have Dance teaching experience
*Ideally have mentoring or HoD experience
*Have energy, commitment and creativity
*Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*Have a positive attitude
*Have clear and strong written and spoken communication skills
*Be available and willing to commit for the academic year 2020/21
