Are you an engaging Canadian Physical Education teacher on the lookout for an exciting new teaching position in a lovely town outside of London?

Tradewind International is currently recruiting for a medium sized secondary school and sixth form in Braintree, who are seeking a full-time Teacher of Girls PE to join their welcoming team in November 2019. The school is part of a highly successful and supportive Trust and can consider applications for NQT's and those with experience. The role will either be on a permanent or temporary to permanent basis.

This Ofsted rated 'Good' school was praised for its significant improvements in recent years. The Trust and SLT continuously make considerable contributions and have made effective changes to improve the school. Adults and students feel valued, behaviour and attendance is very good and all parties are motivated to succeed. The school consistently strives to make positive improvements and continues to move forward and progress, ensuring students receive the best education possible.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic school and work alongside a hard-working and supportive team of staff in England. This position would suit a passionate, dedicated and motivational PE teacher eager to achieve and live in a new country and away from busy London.

The successful Physical Education Teacher will be:

Able to confidently teach PE to pupils up to GCSE level at least and ideally have a proven track record of successful exam results.
A committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
A collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of their lessons through creative approaches to the PE curriculum.

To be successful in this Physical Education Teaching role you will:

Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications.
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks.
Provide a CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.
Have the legal right to work in the UK.
