*The school is looking to appoint an exceptional Physics Teacher who is able and keen to teach a timetable that focuses heavily on A-Level teaching. The school is not concerned by the stage of career that the incoming teacher is at as support and development will be offered to all.
*There is a strong desire for the incoming teacher to be confident to teach consistently at a good or better level. Students are easy to engage and keen to progress although any joining Physics Teacher will still need all the basic skills of teaching to ensure success.
*Due to the scarcity of Science and, in particular, Physics Teachers the school is willing to be flexible in terms of salary with the option of moving a teacher further up the pay scale, consider a TLR for a suitable experienced teacher and offer a potential Recruitment and Retention bonus for the first 3 years.
