Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an outstanding science teacher to join a successful grammar school in Trafford from January 2024 to April 2024.
This is a temporary supply teacher role for the Spring term.
The Role
Teacher of Physics to GCSE and A level
Five days a week
Delivery of outstanding lessons with a focus on innovative practical and theory science lessons
A teacher with excellent knowledge of science, specifically physics is essential
The school are interested in hearing from Early Career Teachers and experienced QTS Teachers or further education teachers with experience of teaching students aged 11 to 18.

Many students go on to study physics and science at university.
To join us and be successful in this Physics Teacher role, you will need to:
- Hold QTS Status or QTLS or be an NQT/ECT or significant experience as an FE qualified teacher of teaching children aged 11-18
- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
- Provide a CV with full employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Ideally be able to provide excellent references
