Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a recent Science Graduate with a specialism in Physics, seeking to commence your career in a Science Laboratory?

Tradewind are working with a large, thriving Secondary School in Hammersmith and Fulham who are looking for an eager and enthusiastic Science Graduate keen to commence their career in Science as a Physics Technician on a full-time long-term basis from September 2019.

As a Physics Technician, you will be working in this school's laboratories to assist in the setup, pack up and delivery of practical lessons. You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and materials are available, the storeroom is fully stocked and maintained, and ensure that all materials are disposed of correctly. You may also be working within the classroom to help demonstrate practical lessons and ensure that health and safety standards are upheld at all times.

This is a modern,busy Secondary School who values academic excellence, as well as ensuring that the needs of all of their students are met. This school recently underwent refurbishment and now boasts 13 Science laboratories with 3 technical preparation areas.

Serviced by the District line and local buses, this school is easily accessible from all areas of London.

To be successful in this Science Technician position in Hammersmith and Fulham, you will:
* Be a recent Graduate of Physics with a 2:1 minimum. Graduate from any Science discipline are welcome to apply.
* Be a confident, outgoing and personable individual
* Work well within a team setting and be able to follow instruction
* Be passionate about science and be excited to pass on your knowledge to students and teachers alike
