Tradewind are looking to recruit an experienced primary teacher to cover PPA across the school. The successful candidate will have experience in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 and the role will run from October 2020 until July 2021 with a salary to match your suitability and experience.

The school is a successful two form entry primary school in Tameside catering for children between the ages of three and eleven. The school's vision is to provide children with meaningful opportunities and experiences to become global citizens who have a desire to learn.
Since this is a PPA cover role, to know and understand how pupils transition across the school will be hugely beneficial. Excellent behaviour management skills will be advantageous with an ability to utilise a range of techniques that are effective for different age groups. The school would ideally like someone who has recently taught across the curriculum and has a clear understanding of the curriculum content. You will be required to quickly build relationships with colleagues and pupils alike and be capable of being versatile across school.

The School is led by a highly experienced Head Teacher who puts their staff first and promotes high-quality CPD throughout the academic year. The school received 'Good' in their most recent OFSTED inspection and have since continued to work hard to maintain and build on this success.
The school is situated in diverse community in Tameside with a large proportion of EAL learners. As a result, the successful candidate must be able to utilise strategies to support language barriers in order to unlock children's educational potential.

Essential Requirements:
-QTS Certification
- A minimum of 2 years experience teaching across the National Curriculum
-Experience in EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- A right to work in the UK.
