Then Tradewind have the perfect PAP role for you! Tradewind is recruiting for a PAP Primary Teacher to start in January 2020 for a full time PAP role for two terms initially. This role is to take on the responsibility of PAP right across the school from EYFS to Y6. This centrally based Primary School in Kensington and Chelsea is looking for a candidate that is adaptable and flexible to the PAP post where you will be relieving teachers of their duties whilst they take their time to plan, prepare and assess. This position will start January 2020.
**About the role**
PAP time is time set aside for teachers during their timetabled teaching day to allow them to carry out planning, preparation and assessment activities. Its purpose is to relieve some of the existing workload pressures on teachers. Its purpose must also be to provide time during the school day for teachers to plan, prepare and assess and reduce time spent otherwise at weekends and evenings. It should reduce overall working hours and prevent working weeks of excessive length. As a PAP Primary Teacher you would have to step in to each classroom across the school so the successful candidate will bring this adaptability to the role.
Salary = £30480 - £41483 per annum
