Tradewind are recruiting! We are looking for experienced Intervention Teaching Assistants for a primary school in South Manchester. The roles are long term, to start in January 2021.

Do you have recent experience of supporting the teaching of literacy successfully at KS1 and KS2? Do you have experience of working with pupils with SEND? Are you educated to NVQ3 level or above? If the answer is yes I would love to hear from you.

Our beautiful primary school in South Manchester has roles for experienced Intervention Teaching Assistants to work 1:1 with children supporting them with literacy, and following the National Curriculum programmes framework for teaching English in KS1 and KS2. These children have missed out on an incredible amount of education during lockdown. It is therefore essential that the ideal Intervention Teaching Assistants for these roles have a really good knowledge of effective strategies to include and meet the needs of all pupils within literacy teaching, in particular pupils with SEND and EAL.
