Tradewind are currently recruiting a flexible and adaptable Primary teacher for a diverse and forward-thinking school in the East Manchester area. To commence as soon as possible and until the end of the academic year, this role is an Intervention Teacher role, which will span across the schools Key Stage 2 department. Your main responsibility will be to provide high quality intervention sessions across Key Stage 2 through targeted intervention and booster sessions
You will be working in a 2-form entry Ofsted rated 'Good' Primary School, which sets high expectations for its children and staff and believes in maximising a child's learning experience every single day. This primary school is located just one mile east of the city centre and has a strong reputation within the local community. Class sizes are on average around 30 children and the school consistently scores above national average SATS results in both Year 2 and Year 6.
As the Schools Key Stage 2 Intervention teacher, your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
· Leading interventions sessions in Key Stage 2, from Year 3 to Year 6
· Liaise with all the school's full-time class teachers to ensure that you are maximising your time with each child
· Monitor and track each child so you can ensure the correct amount of progress is achieved.

Essential requirements:
· Fully qualified Teacher Status
· A minimum of 2 Years of teaching experience in the United Kingdom
· Experience in Keys Stage 2 is desired but not essential
· The school have specified that a specialism in a core subject would be beneficial in this role.
· A proven track record with references to support this.
