An Ofsted rated 'Good' in all areas school are seeking an inspirational and reliable primary teacher to join their welcoming team. The successful primary teacher will join them from April to cover a lovely KS2 class. You are required until the end of the academic year at least and the Headteacher has made it clear that for the right teacher, an ongoing teaching role can be offered following a successful assignment.

In a recent Ofsted inspection, this primary school was praised in numerous areas such as; the quality of teaching and delivery of interesting and imaginative lessons; students behaviour and their enthusiasm to learn; the support provided to disadvantaged pupils and the continual ambition to improve the school.

As a two form entry primary school, the successful primary teacher will have the benefit of working with another teacher in the same year group, as well as many learning support assistants and teaching assistants to assist students progress. You will be expected to take on full classroom teaching responsibilities including planning, assessment and delivery of engaging lessons, attend staff meetings and additional training held within the school.

The school is easily accessible from Essex, Hertfordshire and London and there is plenty of parking available on site.

Familiar and confident with supporting the delivery of lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
