Calling all Teachers! Tradwind are recruiting an organised Year 3 Teacher who is looking for their next step in the Salford area.


Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of a lovely, Ofsted rated 'Good' School in the Salford area. The long-term Year 3 position is set to last from October until the end of the academic year. You will be paid at an above market rate, based on your experience.


In recent years, this Salford school has made excellent improvements to the pupil provision and academic attainment. This is down to a committed and welcoming teaching team who ensure that their pupils are happy and build a love for learning and school. The headteacher encourages staff to contribute to school improvement, either by suggesting ideas or being part of the implementation of plans.


As one of the Year 3 teacher, you will have the opportunity to use your skills and knowledge to create an impact on the whole school community. You will also:
*Plan and Teaching a balanced and diverse curriculum with the other Year 3 Teacher
*Assess, track, and report on the pupil's development, attainment and personal needs
*Build pupil's love for learning through inspiring learning experiences
*Develop a classroom environment centred on respect and trust
*Provide a caring and supportive learning environment


We are looking for applicants who:
*Have Qualified Teacher Status, NQT's considered
*Can effectively use ICT in the classroom
*Is committed to providing creative and inspiring learning experiences
*Has excellent communication skills, use of initiative and organisational skills
*Is motivated, energetic and fun!
*Has an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Has the right to work in the U.K
