  3. Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to provide holistic support.
  4. Conduct assessments to track students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  5. Foster positive relationships with students, their families, and the wider school community.
  6. Stay up-to-date with SEN best practices and educational trends to continuously improve your teaching.


  1. Qualified Primary Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  2. Proven experience as a Primary Teacher, with a strong background in SEN education.
  3. Understanding of diverse learning needs and strategies to address them effectively.
  4. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  5. Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of SEN students.
  6. Ability to adapt to various learning environments and styles.
  7. Patience, empathy, and dedication to SEN students' growth and well-being.
