About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis, allowing you to tailor your schedule to suit your needs. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of primary schools, gaining valuable experience and making a difference in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Provide support and guidance to students to facilitate their learning and development.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Follow school policies and procedures, including behaviour management strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with school staff.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with primary-aged children is preferred but not essential.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
