Are you a qualified primary teacher looking for a Year 3 teacher position? Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with a great Church of England primary school in Barnet, North London, which requires a Year 3 teacher to join the team from Easter 2020.

The school is led by an established and committed senior leadership team and following their most recent Ofsted inspection in June 2019, they were graded as "good". The school has improved hugely over the past couple of years and they are confident of being "outstanding" when they are next inspected. This is through the dedication of the senior leadership team and the great staff at the school.

The school is two form entry and have a very enthusiastic team on board. Planning is shared between the year group teachers. The school is well resourced, with a great audio visual suite.
They have a good reputation locally and great support from parents, who are keen to help the school succeed.
Whilst the school is C of E, they are welcoming to staff of all/no faiths.

The school is a short walk from the local tube station(Piccadilly Line), can be reached by bus and they have a staff carpark.
The Headteacher is keen to recruit a full-time Year 3 teacher to join the team from Easter until July 2020, with the possibility of a role being available from September.

The school is seeking a Year 3 teacher who meets the following criteria:
*Holds full QTS (or equivalent teaching qualifications)
*Has experience teaching in KS2
*Has a range of teaching strategies to keep the children engaged in their learning and to develop independent learning skills
*Is a great team player and able to organise a small team of experienced support assistants.
