Tradewind needs you! We have a fantastic school looking for a Year 1 Primary Teacher to start September 2020

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a committed, dedicated Year 1 Primary Teacher to join this Primary Academy school based in Bexley for a September 2020 start. This is a full-time permanent role and the salary will be Outer London scale £28355 - £4454

This Academy school is a place where the Headteacher and senior staff ensure that teaching is Outstanding and that pupils achieve well. The school is committed to ensuring excellence and push for Outstanding teaching at all times. They're continually evaluating the school's effectiveness to make sure that improvements and gains are made in all areas so they can continue to keep an Outstanding standard. As a new school as part of the Academy chain they are well resourced and the facilities are excellent.

We are looking for:

- A Year 1 Primary Teacher who can fit in line with the school's vision, ethos and motto. They're looking to maintain an Outstanding level.

- A Teacher that has experience in Read Write Inc programmes to teach Phonics, reading and writing

- A person with a sense of humour and a high work ethic.

- Someone that can drive forward with new initiatives as well as making sure that Parents play a big part in the pupil's education, keeping them updated with progress in line with the Home School Agreement

- A Year 1 Primary Teacher with the drive to take on additional responsibilities in the future



This is a role for teaching in a Year 1 Class. The school will be up to Y5 as of September 2020, looking to be at capacity by 2021/22.

The school is accessible from the closest station by bus in about 4 minutes or a 10-minute walk. The school has a car park which is large enough for all staff.
