Are you looking for a Key Stage 2 primary Teacher role at an Outstanding primary school in North West London?

A primary school in Camden are seeking a full-time Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher in January 2020, or sooner if possible. The role is a class teaching position, with responsibility for teaching a Year 5 class, and with competitive salary available in line with experience (MPS 1-6 Inner London - £30,480-£41,483)

This Ofsted graded 'Outstanding' school situated in the West Hampstead area of North West London are looking to appoint outstanding and inspirational teachers to join their team in September 2019. The headteacher is looking for a teacher with KS2 experience who is keen to join their outstanding staff team.

With a roll of around 550, it is larger than similar schools of its type and serves an inner-city area with very high levels of deprivation. A large majority of pupils in school are from ethnic minority groups and most speak English as an additional language. Twenty-six different heritages are represented, and an extensive number of languages spoken.

The school strives to provide its pupils with challenging and inspirational educational experiences. It holds several awards, including a Healthy Schools Award.

The responsibilities for this Key Stage 2 Teacher role will include:
*Undertaking full class teaching responsibility for a KS2 class (Year 5)
*Maintaining a positive learning environment through classroom management among the pupils and safeguarding their health and safety
*Preparation of pupils for SATs examinations
*Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of pupils, as well as on their personal and social needs
