Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a caring and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join this encouraging primary school in Camden from September 2020. This is a full-time, long-term position until the end of the academic year working in Year 3 with the possibility of becoming permanent.
The school is a Catholic Primary School with a strong, proud community offering creativity and enjoyment in learning and teaching for all pupils, staffs and parents. The school has a strong supportive Senior Leadership team and is Ofsted rated 'Good'
The school are looking for:
An engaging and caring Year 3 Teacher who is committed to raising standards of achievement and pushing children's education to the best of their ability.
A dedicated person who has high expectations about what children can achieve and the subject knowledge to enable children to rise to these.
To be able to use a range of teaching styles and appropriate strategies to meet the needs of all children.
Patient and caring and have real passion in engaging in children's education.
The school is a one form entry primary school, offering space for up to 30 children in each classroom. The school is linked to the local parish which is situated next door to the school and has a warm ethos based on faith. The school building has recently been renovated with lots of outdoor and indoor space, a plus for a school situated in Central London. The school is located in a lovely part of Central London with excellent public transport links, with easy access to buses, tubes and trains.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification.
At least 2 years' minimum experience working in KS2.
Sound knowledge of the British curriculum.
A genuine interest in each child's ability to progress in their education.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
