Primary Teacher - Cover Teacher role - Tameside

Tradewind are currently recruiting an experienced and flexible Primary teacher for an excellent school in the Tameside area. The role is a cover teacher role and you are required to start after February half term and will be needed for the rest of the academic year. This role is a full time, long term role with a competitive salary which will match your experience and suitability to the role.
As the school's main cover teacher, you will be working in a single form entry Primary School which has been recently graded as 'Good' in its most recent Ofsted inspection as well achieving above the National average SATS results in Year 2 and Year 6. The school promotes a learning community where children, staff and parents work together to ensure that the learning environment is successful and fulfilling. This school is excellently connected to other areas in Tameside, so the school actively encourage pupils and staff who live in the area to commute to school by public transport. This school benefits from excellent facilities and a large, on site playing field.
As the schools Cover Teacher, your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
*Flexibility to support all Year groups, from Nursery to Year 6
*Covering PPA and first day sickness cover throughout the whole school
*Liaising with all the school's full-time class teachers to ensure the work you have planned is consistent with what the children should be learning.
*Assisting in interventions and booster sessions at varying times of the year.

Essential requirements:
*Fully qualified Teacher Status
*A minimum of 3 Years of teaching experience in the United Kingdom
*Experience in Keys Stage 1 is desired but not essential
*The school have specified that a specialism in a core subject would be beneficial in this role.
*A proven track record with references to support this.
