Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for hardworking, reflective Primary Teachers to join this Primary Academy based in Waltham Forest for a January 2020 start. This is a full-time role that will be offered on a 1 year contract and extended permanently on completing your first year (VISA dependent).


The pay will be Outer London M1 £28355.
This Academy is wanting to enrol some excellent Teachers that are new to the UK and new graduates will join into their Newly Qualified Teacher programme.

They have flexibility on year group so are open to looking at the successful candidate's strengths. The setup is one that is culturally diverse and multilingual Academy with 6 forms of entry split across two sites. This academy wants to ensure each child is getting the absolute best education possible. How they aim to do this is through excellent teaching. They look for the best teachers to work with them and will provide lots of help, support and resources to ensure that each teacher can give their all to each child. Each Primary Teacher would be assigned a mentor and enrolled in a full NQT programme that would include lots of CPD and development ran by not only experience teachers and senior leaders in school but external experts. A Primary Teacher would get their release time as well PPA resulting in 1 full day off timetable. All staff also get their own laptop or Chromebook.

We are looking for:
-A motivated person that is ready to continue their learning and development through an excellent Primary NQT programme.
-An individual who has had excellent feedback from their placements or previous teaching posts and can build a rapport with the students quickly
-A Primary Teacher that will go above and beyond for each child in the school.
-A forward thinking, innovative Primary Teacher that will bring with them new ideas.
-A Primary Teacher coming from Australia, New Zealand or Canada where you could get mutual recognition of your teaching qualification by the Teaching Regulation Agency in the UK

The Academy is in a fortunate position that they'll be able to adapt the class the successful candidate will teach to their strengths, more than likely will be Year 1, Year 3, Year 4 or Year 5.

The Academy is situated in the heart of Waltham Forest and can be accessed via both Central and Victoria lines. A bus from the closest tube station takes around 10 minutes. The school is very close to the regeneration of the area around Stratford and the Olympic Park bringing to the area and renewed vibrancy with lots of new places to shop, eat and drink.
