Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with an Ofsted graded 'Good' primary school with 'Outstanding' leadership in the Greenwich area who are seeking an enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher Teacher to start with them on a full-time basis for September 2020. The role will involve teaching a Year 1 class, as part of a two form entry staff team. Competitive salary available in line with main pay scale, dependent upon experience (MPS 1-6 Inner London - £30480 - £44541).

The school are looking for a Year 1 Class Teacher who can demonstrate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
The ability and willingness to actively support the aims and ethos of the school.
The ability to plan and deliver lessons throughout Key Stage 1
The ability to respond sensitively to the individual needs of pupils, staff and the wider community
An up to date knowledge of curriculum issues and the primary education sector, with a high commitment to quality teaching and learning
The ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people, including those with challenging behaviour
The ability to work under pressure and to maintain a sense of balance and humour.
