This position will be a full time role commencing November 2020 and last for the full academic year. This position is paying M1-M6 dependent on experience.

The school is seeking an Year 5 Teacher who possesses:
*Recent experience of teaching in Year 5
*A sound knowledge and understanding of the UK Curriculum
*Effective strategies to include and meet the needs of all pupils
*A flexible approach to work, with good team skills, excellent spoken and written English and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team.

The core duties of this Year 5 Teacher role are:
*Take responsibility for teaching a class of Year 5 children, aged 9-10 years
*Manage pupil progress socially and academically whilst tracking the progress of individual pupils within the class, using individual learning journals
*Produce comprehensive weekly plans for the seven areas of learning
*Manage and lead a small team of experienced support staff.


The school is located in Neasden, Brent. The school are served by excellent public transport links and parking is available for all staff.

*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
*This position is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, overseas police clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
