Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary students
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to facilitate their academic growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and initiatives
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the student experience
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a strong sense of community

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a passion for primary education
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of students and respond to changing circumstances
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and grow as an educator
  • Dedication to supporting the holistic development and well-being of every child
